I believe if you have the cp flight mcp you can connect the pedestal modules to it.

The FDS MIP Board does not connect to the CPFlight equipment. It's a seperate USB connected board.
It's worth mentioning that the FDS boards are known as SYS boards and whereas the CPFlight MIP737 board is MIP specific, the FDS SYS boards are not MIP specific. This in fact makes them more flexible.
So you could use either option. The CPFlight MIP737 board connects to your CPFlight MCP (and radios, etc), the FDS board does not.

Hi guys,
Little update on my sim:
I just purchased the MIP board from CPFlight and I also bought the AFDS module from FDS.
Can't wait to receive them and add to my MIP kit! Once it's setup, I'll be ready to show you a new pic of my sim.
