Yep, there are such things as PCI graphics card.The AGP port went away with PCI-E and most motherboards still have a few PCI slots. I used a PCI video card as my 2nd for a while until I eventually upgraded and got a motherboard that had 2 PCI-E slots. As a matter of fact it that early system was also a e6600 processor, only 2GB ram with a 8800gtx 768M and 6200FX (pci) ..... I wasn't running Activesky6 or Sqauwkbox3..... but I don't think you will have a problem running all that.
