the wood and wheels were left overs from our Glo-Ex project, the mini monitors were bought off ebay for around £15 each, if you take out the cost of the PC and projector, it is under £100 to build the "shell". I'm making the Hawk on a tight budget (most of the capital expenditure is going on the Glo-Ex) of scraps and left-overs where possible.

Really fun and nice little project there, thanks for sharing!
Makes me think how you could easily make something like this, and generic, for a single seat type of aircraft w/ a single monitor in the background for all types of aircraft, like a Cub, a fighter jet, old WWII aircraft, etc.
