Hi all,
yep I can confirm michel´s answer!
This is the way you enter the route in the cdu:
1. Select Dep and Arr Airport
2. go to DEP/APP page and select the SID with Runway from atis
3. go to RTE page, and put in the route. Example: Y989.WRB etc
4. go to DEP/APP page and select expecting ARR STAR and RWY
5. PERF and Takeoff page
If you fly the route like you entered on first time you will get no errors, but when you have to change the STAR or RWY in flight you will get mess of waypoints. It seems for me, that after selecting a new STAR the CDU can not find the old end of the normal part of the route (without the STAR).
Sometimes it happens also when entering the STAR on ground (first time) that CDU lost the last Ariways/Waypoint entrys on the RTE page (and of course aswell on the LEGS page).
I realy can not understand why this takes so long to repair. The rest of PM-programms are real great.
Hope is the last we have, I guess ...
I would love to pay for an update of a working CDU!
Best regards
Jan
