    Are there springs in your seats (as part of the frame)? If not you may want to add some in. Foam is good for a while but not long term. That is your butte will feel it after about an hour or so. This feeling will get worse the more you use the foam only seat as the foam gets more and more 'used' You could maybe find springs out of a couch or recliner.

    Great seat design though.

    Hello, at the moment i have no springs, want to try mattress grade foam 23kg per cubic meter of density frist to see how it feels.
