Site Drop-outs
I am sorry to say, but I am still getting complete shut-outs from this site every other day. I can read a couple of pages, then am unable to go any farther or to log back on or even connect to MyCockpit for a couple of hours. It appears that this is the only site that has ever given me this problem.
Regards..................Brian W.

Re: Site Drop-outs
I apologize and should of notified everyone. We were down several times withing the past couple of days.
You've probably noticed some Database error screens and totally not able to get on. We've updated the server software hopefully that will stop the annoying problems.
There is a known DNS attack going on, particularly in the Eastern coast of the U.S., unfortunately we have no control over that. It is intermittent and not everyone is effected. I'm one of the fortunate ones that have never noticed this issue, but my friend, several blocks away, who is has the same provider service does have the problems that have been described.
I can tell you this, within the last couple of months, we've doubled our volume, this makes it particularly interesting to those who don't like success, particularly MyCockpit.
We're doing everything possible to prevent this from happening.
I thank you for your patience.

Re: Site Drop-outs
Just to make you aware, the site had some unexpected service done to the server today. Upgrading server software.
If you couldn't get to us, it was because the server was down and it was intentional.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
