Organizing IO Cards
Hi everybody,
usually everybody shows his "eyecandy" parts of the sim. Now I was thinking of the backside:
I am just wondering how all of you guys organize you IO Cards. I have alomost completely wirded my 727 Flight Engineers Panel and it turns out that - expectedly - it eats up 1 OC Output card and one and a half master cards with a total of three input connector cards. Then there come overhead and MIP...Probably I will keep the cards at two different sites - one for FE Panel, one for the rest of the aircraft.
I was thinking of using screws to fix the cards to plywood, but probably some of you have much more brilliant ideas. I could imagine something like a little cabinet with drawers and the individual cards fixed to different drawers...?
Any ideas or even better pics are welcome.
Regards,
Florian

Check out this link on Ian Sissons site for examples of mounting OC cards for the MIP and MCP/EFIS.
