    File download and hi!!

    Hello everyone.

    My name is Tiago and I am from Portugal.I'm a First Officer at a portuguese carrier.
    I have a question: Why I can't download any file from file library?
    There's a criteria or something.I tried many section and i can't download anything.

    Please help me

    Hi Matt

    I have problems with every file in library.For example i'm a boeing pilot and love boeing planes and i wanted to download every manual from boeing and i can't. Anyfile old or new...
    Please help me.
