Sex Bolts
Hi Guys,
Having a lot of trouble locating some sex bolts to use on my Throttle Handles. They don't seem to be easily obtainable in Australia.
I'm after some countersunk hex heads about 20mm in length and 5 mm in diameter. If you can help out, that would be great !
For those who don't know what sex bolts are, they have a countersunk head on each side and thread one inside the other.

Brad:
I know of at least three specialist bolt sellers here in Brisbane. I'm assuming you would have similar in NSW. If they don't have the sex bolts, they'd probably know where to source them from.
Also there is Small parts & Bearings. They source a lot of unusual stuff, but they charge like wounded bulls.

Not much luck with those contacts so far. I'm also after countersunk hex heads whihc the provider from the U.S. doesn't have. Please keep the recommendations coming.

I used those to assemble the top of the throttles levers so the reverser levers would pivot correctly without binding.

Brad, McMaster-Carr has a larger selection of this sort of hardware, though likely still not what you're looking for. (Too big) http://www.mcmaster.com/#sex-bolts/=1atqkv
Could you use a standard internally threaded spacer and buy the flat-head hex screws separately? Or perhaps buy the barrel nut with a binding-head, cut the head off, and use a flat-head screw?
