Setting up live ATC

hi guys,i need some help please.
i am using fsx,usb headset,one sound card,fsinn.
i need to get atc voice thru my headset and the fsx sound thru the speakers.but when i connect the usb headsets everything comes thru the headset.what must i do to get the atc sound only thru the headset???

The way I do it (I fly on IVAO, btw) is this:

1) make sure the USB headset is unplugged
2) start up FS
3) set up my flight
4) once in the cockpit, BEFORE I start the network client:
5) plug in the USB headset
6) start the network client

Now I have FS over the soundcard and the network client (with atc) on the headset. If for some reason the network client chooses the soundcard by accident, I can simply go into Teamspeak (the voice client IVAO uses) and easily change the input/output settings back to the USB headset.

works like a charm! the downside is, I have to turn up the FS volume to hear the cockpit sounds because my headset also doubles as an excellent muffler. My wife can't hear the tv anymore because of the wind noise, and I can't hear my wife... actually, that's a good thing. j/k of course.
