    First Officer Glass Cockpit

    I installed a nifty EFIS panel on the First Officer's side of my Boeing 737NG flight deck.

    Set the requisite pfd.ini setting to CoPilot=yes
    However, when I start the PM glass cockpit the setting reverts back to CoPilot=No

    What am I missing?

    If they're multiple instances of the same PM software, you can't run them that way. Both must be set to First Officer. You have to buy 2 copies to have FO and SO GC's running at the same time.

    Where are they hiding the SO (also known as the FE) aboard a 737?

    Hi Alan

    You did set the setting from Off to Yes !
    But the software only reads Off or On

    Let me clarify.
    I have Captain's glass cockpit in its own pc.
    F/O (Copilot) on its own pc.
    EICAS is on its own pc.

    Been running that way for years.
    Bought PM in the very early days.
    Changed Copilot setting very recently.

    You missunderstood!
    If you change the ini file manually you need to write a ON, not a Yes because Yes is unknown and changes back to No.
    CoPilot=On

    What ever is installed or the way doesn't matter. You also change this setting in the Menu (ESC key) direct. After you need to close the program by Q key to have it saved.
