LAND ALT and FLT ALT

Hi,

I just wanted to ask if somebody has connected the LED segments to PMsystem
directly for the digital display of the landing and cruising altitude for
the cabin pressure?

Maybe it is possible via PhidgetTextLED ???

Hi Jan,
I dont`have Displays from Phidgets, but the cards I use from Phidgets are
connected via FS2Phidget on the same PC-
On this PC I use:
1. - 8/8/8, 0/16/16, 0/0/4, LED-64 Phidgets via FS2Phidget
2. - IOCard-USB with MasterCards and USBServo via SIOC
3. - pmSystems
4. - WideFS, of corse
No problem, all is running.
I use FS2Phidget instead of pmSystems direct, because after the same
confirugation on both prog. this one is faster.

Hi Thomas,

I also work with FS phidgets, but to have the annonciators dim and brigth you
need to connect at least the LED-Board direct to pm-system.
My question was how to connect the digital numbers for FLT/LAND altitude.
Have you a solution for it ?

They don`t work in pmSystems.
But what I mean is, you can run FS2Phidget for your Display (only) on the
same PC.
Led 64 and other stuff can controled by pmSystems and Displays can controled

by FS2Phidget.
In FS2Phidget you have to choose the Card you will work with.
So you can splitt the cards.

Hi Thomas,

first thanks for your answers - thats the way I will try to set up my system
- spliting the cards.

I did not know that the LAND/FLT selectors are just fakes - I thought they
work together with the analog cabin pressure gauges. Maybe Enrico can jump in
here ... is it on the list?
