737-800 Simulator on Youtube
Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce my Boeing 737-800 homecockpit project.
After a long time of planning and testing I finally found enough space and time to start my own homecockpit project.
To share the progress with the community I decided to start a youtube channnel to document every step of the build process.
At the moment I'm building the shell and parts of the inner construction. Later the topics panel creation electronics and programming will be covered. There will be further informations and sketchup files on my website http://www.mickeys-flightdeck.de
I hope it will be usefull for many of you.
And now I wish you a good time on Mickey's Flightdeck.

Re: 737-800 Simulator on Youtube
The window frame is finally installed. There were some small changes to do but at the end everything found its place. Now I can move the sidewalls to my shop to work on them a little bit mor comfortable.

Re: 737-800 Simulator on Youtube
Hey Mickey,
Thank you for posting on MyCockpit, as this will encourage others to build their own sim. Also, may I suggest you get a similar thread like this started over on www.cockpitbuilders.com since that will give you even more exposure.
My belief is to help both websites by posting exciting content on each one or by cross-posting links to other builders' threads, even though some members might be on both sites, it is those ones who are not that we help by providing the references.
IMHO, we're all one great big community and by sticking together, helping each other, our hobby/passion will continue too thrive for many years too come...

My new video went online right now.
The building of the "Quarter-Sill Lining".
It has been a lot of filling and sanding.
