Re: A320 FMGS B47
sorry to disturb again hl....not using the sim for LONG time and now facing a second weird thing:
versions are updated on both server and client....the network is fine (the displays on the client "reacts" on input from the server but no way to have the flightplan displayed: no airport, no route, pushing VOR, NBD, APT show nothing.
of course the database has been rebuilt MANY times and the 10 bin files copied to the client....
never experienced this kind of problem i'm a bit lost.
tried also a clean installation on both sides.
am i missing something from this latest version?
using navigraph data as usual...
tried also the very old free set of navdata on ben site but nothing.
any idea?
sorry again

Re: A320 FMGS B47
Hello Fil,
Try to take more time during ADR initialization : ADR1 ==> wait "ON BAT" becomes OFF, and do the same for ADR3 and ADR2.
Then, if you doesn't wait for 10 minutes, take your time while switching "OFF / NAV" for the 3 ADR.
Maybe it has a consequence on the display, I have this feeling... Rightly or wrongly
Please tell me your feedback about this...
Michel

Re: A320 FMGS B47
Hi Jeehell,
Prepare 3D V4 is coming out on 30.05. and it has 64 Bit.
Can we expecting also an update from you for the 64Bit System? Or works already with the actual Version?
Cheers
Florian

Re: A320 FMGS B47
Ok, it actually is a Network problem but only for ND green flight plan line. When this issue happens I opened an ND on the server computer and is showing all correct flight plan line on the screen while the Client ND green line is stuck or doesn't show anything.
Any ideas to solve this?

Re: A320 FMGS B47
I don't think there should be any issues as FMGS plugs into simconnect. Thats if Project Airbus has no compatibility problems.
---
After reading more into P3D v4 it seems FSUIPC may not be compatible -- for those dependent on FSUIPC (such as mobiflight, or using offsets) that maybe an issue.Soarbywire - Airbus Flight Simulation and Engineering | Jeehell FMGS - Free professional A320 avionics software for the cockpit enthusiast.

Re: A320 FMGS B47
what i find VERY strange about this: if it was a network problem all the displays (running all on 1 client computer) would not connect to the server or loose connection and they would not "react" to server inputs.
all the displays are instead solid connected to the server, they react to inputs (i.e. if i switch adf or vor on the fcu they appear in the lower corners of the ND)....only issue is with database data not being shown on ND (flightplan, airports, VORs, NDBs).
JL any idea? something i should look for?
i tried to build the database again...waiting 20 mins after bins appear in the folder then oves them to the client.
