For the electronic wizards -- Spoilers/Speedbrake potentiometer
I've gotten a hold of a spoilers/speedbrake device (I believe it is from simparts.de) --
It requires wiring to this mechanism:
It appears to have 2 sections -- the top has a neutral, and a lead.
The bottom part has a neutral, and 2 other leads.
5 connections in total.
Is this a combination potentiometer + switch? (speedbrake would wire to a bodnar card, and the switch -- arm/disarm, to your I/O card?)
Or do all the wires feed into the bodnar joystick interface with axis?

Re: For the electronic wizards -- Spoilers/Speedbrake potentiometer
HI,
What I would do is to take a multimeter and figure out what the wires actually do, potentiometer and switches. Then decide how to connect them, as a Bodnar card takes both analog and digital inputs.
Best regards,
