For Panel Builder users.. $30 vs $3000 Make real looking gauges.
I used mfd, $4 acrylic sheets and mason jar lids to make this cover to replicate the C172 I started training in. If anyone is interested in how to do it - check out https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f8vvhxret...t5OVXHl_a?dl=0. Any questions send me a message.

Cheers
DustBeats

Nice job. How did you cut the centers out of the mason jars? Where did you buy your mason jars?

Thanks, Actually I just used the bands for the top of canning jars bought at a local department store (Big Lots here in N.C.) for like $2.00. (Comes in a box with lids and bands) - any canning jar lid band matching the size of your hole cutting saw will do. The box of "regular" size bands worked with 2 1/2" hole cutter and "wide mouth (lol)" size worked with 3 1/2" cutter.
