    Today's offering really took some building.
    Each segment is separate to limit the 'light bleed'
    Over 150 pieces went into this

    Le device panel for all you aft overhead fans.

    Hi John,

    yes, i have one of these but it's only 20 x 20 mm. The push button is 22 x 22 mm. I was thinking of something that fits over the push button and the hinging part is glued to the panel around the push button.
    Sadly I don't have access to a laser.

    Although John ... this does not look bad at all considering it is Opal ... great work on this Slats panel .. gave me some ideas

    OK have not posted for a while (have a huge house remodeling project on my house and its taking all my time)

    here's my offering of my 6 packs...these do not have the recall push as, it seems, the model I am basing my sim on doesn't have recall.

    very nice ... also been playing with those master/fire caution switches. i used red and amber/orange tint acrylic, engraved the text and then used acrylic paint to "paint fill" the engraved letters.

    Oh the dreaded paint fill ...LOL I just cannot seem to get it neat I alway get in a **** of a mess!!!

    i engrave the back of clear and use paint fill but then sand the back to remove the mess I make leaving just the lettering..I then spray a couple of cellulose dust coats using standard car colours the front (ungraved) surface gives a nice gloss finish and the sanding just doesn't show.
    ( I use cellulose as this does not affect either the acrylic paint nor the perspex...however acrylic paint will react and 'pickle' cellulose)
