Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi Leonidas
I do not see why your hardware would no longer work. I do not have any problem with any hardware module.
Does it happen even on a fresh software start?
As for the trim wheels, I do not know what you mean exactly. If you have an hardware throttle quadrant with motorized trim wheels, then I do not drive them. I only change the FS trim setting. What you see on the SD is what should be used by your hardware manufacturer.

JL

Re: A320 FMGS B31
My apologies JL, it's been a hot Australia day and I have misread your instructions. All good now
NB - using the "T" button to test take off config does not work. Everything else arms including flaps with "y".

edit reinstalled and for some reason the test for T.O config now works with "t". Strange.

Re: A320 FMGS B31
The fscockpit.eu Glare Wings have no AUTOLAND korrey either! It's only an annuciator.
So AUTOLAND as a pushbutton /korrey seems to be a quite new AIRBUS feature. In all my A320 FCOMs they don't mention AUTOLAND as a pushbutton but only as a light. But I must admit that these FCOMs are not of very recent date.

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi René,
Yes you're right, and as far as I know, you will never find an FCOM with that feature mentionned, even recent ones.
I could only find a small reference to it in the A320 Technical Training Manual.
But that features exists on the real ACFT...

Re: A320 FMGS B31
I'm unable to use managed mode with the autopilot after takeoff - prior to Vrotate managed mode is configured (speed, heading and altitude). I am in climb mode.
i only noticed this issue after switching to mouse (emulated) throttles. I also noticed the A/THR does not engage automatically when the emulated throttle is pushed to TOGA.
Is this just a joystick config problem?

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Works now, even with the emulated joystick you have to use a margin of error. I used "2". Doing a flight now from the Gold Coast and have taken off without any issues!

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi JL,
thanks for the particulars about the AUTOLANDING (pushbutton) feature. So CPFlight and fscockpit Glare Wings are no really up-to-date, aren't they? It's a pity but no disaster.
Do you know if this said feature is rather new or have been implemented since a long time in real ACFT?
Kind regards
René
