Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi Jeehell, happy new year.
I get terrain terrain callouts when landing into Brisbane (YBBN) -- this is a relatively flat region. I am doing an ILS runway 01 approach -- both autopilots are on. I still get the "Terrain Terrain" warning as I am about to land.

Re: A320 FMGS B31
I've sold off 737 throttle so I no longer have an axis to assign the flaps, or the airbus engine throttles. Flaps can be assigned to joystick buttons using the configure tool -- but how about the engine throttles? Is there an alternative, or it usuable without a working axis?

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Try to download that dll and put it in "hardware modules" folder on the server computer: http://www.jeehell.org/THRLVRs.dll
If you don't have that folder, you need to launch the setup again and select for exemple FSUIPC support.
It'll add virtual THR LVRs that you will still be required to calibrate in FMGS Config

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Thanks JL -- I've downloaded the THRLVR and placed it in hardware modules. How do I assign joystick buttons (hold to increment/decrease throttle)?
Thank you.Capture.JPG

Re: A320 FMGS B31
After todays update -- ND and PFD now remain blank even after turning on batteries ->APU Master SW -> Start switch.
---
Edit -- ah just took longer to 'warm up' it works now. I should be dependent on ext power now for startup since it takes up to ?2 mins for the apu to start. Is there anyway we can implement a default state of 'active' with an option in the MCDU to choose cold and dark?

Speaking of terrain terrain warnings - I found this pretty awesome video - Airbus controlled Flight Into Terrain

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi,
The THR LVRs module is meant to be used with your louse, it's just a replacement if you don't have any axis available. There is no way to use keyboard inputs.
You don't necessarily have to use EXT PWR, I just changed the starting period to a more realistic one.

JL

Re: A320 FMGS B31
I tried clicking on the THR LVR module but there is no response in P3D, my engines are in 'REV' and I am unable to put them to idle. Hardwareconnect is running fine -- I tried restarting but I get the same problem.
---
Got it working now -- didn't know I had to configure it again in the config program -- I had to restart a few times before it work but now there are no problems!

Re: A320 FMGS B31
Hi,
@OmniAtlas: as I said, YOU MUST calibrate the THRLVR in FMGS Config, even if you use that little DLL (think of that DLL as a virtual joystick, it has markings, but still you need to tell the software where the detents are).
@CPFlight FCU users: I had an answer from Paolo. At the time he designed the Glare Wings, he didn't know ithe AUTOLAND annunciator was also a pushbutton. So this is not possible to support this feature, as there is no physical switch in the panel...
