Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
Hi
Sadly I see nothing wrong with your sioc.ini fileThe sioc window does not show "file compiled", but that may just be timing
Although the throttle is supposed to be factory setup, have you tried the HID Interface section for calibrating the axes? if so, does the software recognise the lever movement?
Just one last thing, as you have removed all other OC cards, just try bracketting out any remaining master card definitions in sioc.ini and you may then need to change the IDX number back to zero.
Sorry, but I am out of options now - you will need to contact support at Revolution, unless anyone else on the forum has some suggestions
Good luck
David

Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
Connected to laptop and checked with sioc monitor. Device works great, all axes are readable. I'm fully confused
Probably, there's some win 7 known problem or secururity tick or anything else I should apply to get it worked same way on PC?

Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
Yes, indeed! But anyway, there's some problem. I have connected it to third PC and device "crashes" time to time. It blinks in SIOC device list and monitor closes. May be, the problem in SIOC version? Windows does not remove device and does not show any warnings.

Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
This sounds like a usb problem/power problem. Is your throttle connected via a powered hub? - it should be.
Try running your throttle with the minimum of other usb devices connected. Also try connecting it into the main pc usb connection, not through a hub.
This should help you isolate the problem.

Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
Thanks, I presumed it's USB problem and tried all options mentioned. No success
The best result I had is with the laptop USB.

Re: Revolution Simproducts Motorized Platinium TQ
Is the throttle always recognised as a USB device on all computers. If not, then have you tried going into Control Panel and removing all USB devices and letting the pc rebuild the drivers. If this fails are you sure that your AT PC power sully can provide enough amps? Generally their 5 volt supply is ample, but 12 volt can be a bit low sometimes. Perhaps try the power adapter again?
