Re: Real DZUS Fasteners
MIL-F-15173A qualified quarter-turn fasteners are made by DFCI Solutions, Inc. This is generally what people are thinking of when they refer to "DZUS" fasteners. The "D" in "DFCI" is for "Dzus", the company founder. DFCI lost the DZUS tradename which is now owned by Southco, IIRC. In any case here's the link to the product page: http://www.dfcis.com/pa-3500/pfsc.html
You can buy from DFCI, but the minimum quantity usually discourages people. You might check on Ebay. Every so often someone will have a batch they're trying to sell.
Note that these fasteners come in different lengths to accomodate different panel thicknesses, and require a special installation swaging tool.

Arnaldo:
You can buy most aircraft hardware from Aircraft Spruce

There are a couple more aircraft part suppliers (mostly in California) but I forgot their names. I'll check up on them and get back to you.Regards: Scott Hendry
