Toggle Switch Amps
Hi guys,
I am converting over from mini toggle switches in my B-17 cockpit to standard size toggle switches. I was wondering if 3A @ 125V is sufficient for the SPST switches.
They are connected to a BU0836X.
I have been searching everywhere, but can't find anything that explains how amps fit in to the equation with switches connected to game controllers.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Toggle Switch Amps
I think almost everything works fine with the BU0836x - maybe if you just buy one and then test it ...

Re: Toggle Switch Amps
If connected to a BU0836X, the current flowing through the switch is so small as to be considered negligable. The switch is not switching an electrical load, rather a signal that the Bodnar card reads and passes on to the software.
