    My first post

    Hi all,

    I'm joining after hearing about MyCockpit.org regularly in conversations and posts, forums and so on.

    I'll be reading alot to begin with and hopefully in the fullness of time I can contribute back.

    I play three genres of sims with fsx at the top.

    1) Flying - FSX
    2) Racing - rFactor
    3) FPS - ARMA II

    My current gaming PC is an out of the box HP TouchSmart IQ800 series computer which has served me well for #1 and #2 above but it somewhat struggles with #3.

    I've enjoyed my introduction to simming over the last 1.5 years so I can see a home build PC, curved projection and possible cockpit builds in my future.
