Re: A320 sop
Couple of new questions regarding SOP:
Are the generators manual to turn on (they are off when the aircraft is cold and dark), or are they also automatic?
And is airconditioning/cabin temperature generally controled by the FAs at the FA station, or is it done in the cockpit?

Re: A320 sop
Gen switches are left on. They will auto-connect when engine are at idle speed.

Re: A320 sop
A few more questions actually that have come to mind. These, of course, refer to SOP.
1. Is the NW STRG/ANTI SKID always left ON?
2. Is the APU GEN switch ever turned off?
3. Are ENGINE BLD switches ever turned off?
4. Is the Yellow Elec pump turned "ON" at any point?
5. Is "HOT AIR" ever turned "OFF"?
Thanks!

Re: A320 sop
1. Off only during pushback, other than that, its left "ON".
2. This sw stays in the "On" or "in" position. Turned off during irrergalars
3. Eng Blds are "On" or "In" position
4. Yes, During push back, yellow system for parking brake and steering.
5. No, tis sw is left "On" or "Auto", this controls the cargo heat PRV for trim air
Hope this helps
