OC master card and CTS288 encoder
Hi guys, just about to order my parts for the g1000, but have stumbled on a problem,
now i know that the oc mastercard will support CTS288 grey code encoders, but my question is will it support all the CTS288 encoders, or only some of them, i ask this as the ones i can get are 2bit binary code (still 1/4 though)
any help would be great have spent most of the day trawling thought trying to find this, all i find is that it supports CTS288 encoders, not which specific models

Re: OC master card and CTS288 encoder
Hello, Jason.
The CTS288 2-bit "binary" encoder is the one you want. It's output is, in fact, 2-bit Gray code.
Jim.

Re: OC master card and CTS288 encoder
ok thanks for that, so it would seem that all the 288's (part number 288X232R161B2) are grey code for our purpose,
that was the answer i needed
