Hello again everybody. Started on the second layer today, and I got one of the sides finished.
Pretty satisfied, but there are a few wrinkles and flatspots on it. Nothing that can't be fixed.

Hello everybody

Finally done with the plywood coating on the base of the shell.
We've been redoing the window frames and doing last minute some adjustments before we start consentrating on the roof only.
I really feel like we are getting close to start thinking about painting the shell. We're happy campers now as everything is coming along just fine.

A tremendous job and why not, the famous Mosquito in WWII was also made out of wood.
And when you ditch this baby it stays afloat.
One down side though; wood wurm.

Okay... So.. The roof section has been strenghtened a bit today, and I got it ready to dismantle so I can start covering it with ply-wood.
Here's a last picture before I started disassembly of the shell.



And NOW for the moment of thruth.. Will the shell dismantle the way it was supposed to? Yeah it did

Hello everybody..

Well, here's an update for you guys (To whom ever interrested
I have started with the roof. Lots of work went into adjusting the eyebrows to fit into the
curved beams that make the roof. I think I finally got it though.. In not too long, I can start having fun with our interior

Let me know what you think about cutting out the eyebrows in the roof or not..?





I can't wait to see her painted with aluminum window frames!!!
