I come back to fsx and leveld simulation after some years of break, I've installed Sioc and Lekseecon programs but I can't find setup_ocm.exe to finalize the processus.

Please, could you tell me where can I find setup_ocm.exe ? User's manual speaks about lekseecon folder, but i can't see it.
