So I just returned from a fall festival where this place took plastic 55 gallon drums and cut out holes for people to sit in. They made a small tractor pull ride out of them. But, as I looked closer, they appeared just as a biplane or single seat cockpit would be. All you need to do is turn them longways and cut an opening to sit in and place your single monitor under the "dash" made by the cutout. Add an outside screen and you're all set.
