I'm training for my NPPL(M) and using FSX to keep my brain in gear.

Trying to get some realism, I,m heading over to the mechanical engineering forum to bounce my ideas.

BTW, my username comes from my time in a kite display team, where a suggestion (alcohol was involved) was made for a kite that I could make. Morticia was 27.5 ft long, with a "thing" drogue taking her to 43ft. She appeared at various kite festivals in Europe and the UK, even sitting in a Helsinki museum for a while.
