open cockpit overhead - how to assemble?
i have looked at the overhead from open cockpit and then buy the indicators and switches and then mount it my self.
BUT, i cant see how to fix the indicators and switches - on the picture the holes looks too big.
Anyone who has it or can tell how its done?

Re: open cockpit overhead - how to assemble?
Hi Jespergb,
I think you will find that the switches are mounted on a panel that all those panels in the picture are mounted to. I think it is made of metal??? You would probably find it on their site.
If you look at the parts list here http://www.opencockpits.com/catalog/...led-p-325.html it list the metal frame as an item.
Kind Regards

Re: open cockpit overhead - how to assemble?
The product you linked to comes complete with the main plate. This is usually a metal plate that the switches and annunciators fix to, then the engraved (blue and grey) panels fix on top.
It should look something like this...
