I have what may be considered a strange question.

I plan to use physical hardware for as much of my simulator as possible, however with a few things I'll need to use a touchscreen.

However I don't want to waste space on the screen (keep it as small as possible) by displaying for example the entire overhead panel.

So is it possible to "crop" a panel in FS and have it so that you can choose to open only one part of it? (I.e. creating a "second" overhead panel and removing the rest and having FS recognize it as a new window that can be opened).

If it makes a difference, I'm using the Wilco A320.
