Starting a 737 Build from scratch?
Hi,
I am brand new to sim building so what I am trying to build may seem a bit ambitious - But it has to be done!
I am going to try to build a boeing 737-800 home simulator based on the norwegian 737 project
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3O5E5d_v24)
--------------
I will need to start with the frame first from wood - but I do not know where to get accurate messurements from.
---------------
And while I am building the big project - I found some wood that had been throwen away but in good condition still - not good enough to build the 737 but good enough to upgrade my desktop sim to something more cockpit like .
I guess my question is - how did you know what size wood to cut etc and how did you all get started to learn what you needed to?
Thank you - Lightspeeders

Hi LS,
Welcome to the "money pit"
I'm down in Ashford, Kent, off the M20.
My Simframe is built out of wood too, give me a PM, and we'll have a chat.
