How to create round bezel for gauges?
I was going to drill a 70mm hole in wood panel but as I use the hole drill (not like cnc on metal sheet) it widden a little bit to 72mm.
My main gauge holes are 72mm diameter and I don't know how to get round bezel to fit my holes.
I've tried plumbers pipes, cups.... none where that size.
I'm stuck right now with no idea!
Thank you if you could help me.

Re: How to create round bezel for gauges?
My hole cutter was 72mm but hole came out slightly bigger, I used vending cups cut the lip of then spray Matt black the lip fitted neatly into the hole I just use black silicon on the rear of the panel to hold in place and seal up any space

Re: How to create round bezel for gauges?
I have also struggled to find vending cups that were correct for mine. I have yet to succeed. The closest I have come is using small 3" cheap plastic funnels from an auto parts store, and they were actually too big. I cut the bottoms off using a dremel cutting wheel on a drill press and carefully turning the funnel 360 degrees while the bit cut it. That would work on a cup as well I think. Because the resulting ring is too big, I then cut a small pie shaped wedge out and pull it together to make the ring smaller. It really doesn't look that great, though. Still looking for the right funnels or cups to use.

Re: How to create round bezel for gauges?
I have created some bezels that can be 3D printed from shapeways. https://www.shapeways.com/shops/FSP
