    Some Pics of My Recent CNC Engraving/Cutting

    I am making more progress with the engraving part of CNC, this is a test-cut of a panel a pal wants for a combat sim he plays. There are lot's of flaws.....there is a g-code boo-boo in the lower right, a mis-cut hole where the machine stalled on a rapid, the font needs to spaced out more, and I need to allow more room for mounting here and there... but overall the results are getting much better... at least I think so. The panel is .12" acrylic sprayed with a few coats of medium grey primer. I put some blue LEDs behind it to see what the backlighting looks like, since my pal wants blue.... never mind... can't get pics to post .... sometimes this stuff is just too complicated.....

    Might be my end , but dont see any pics on your post there buddym. Keep trying & testing & things will get better & better everytime you cut/engrave..
