B737 a flaming start
This is what I understand to be a ”wet run” incident. Small flames comes out of the engine burning excesssive oil. In this particular case they had a failured start and fuel was left inside the combustion-chamber. Normal procedure is to ventilate by rotating the turbine 2-3 minutes before a restart to avoid this kind of “afterburner”.

The incident happened happened in 2004 at Flesland airport, Bergen in Norway.
