Opencockpits CDU - Problem

Hi:My Opencockpits CDU V3 is behaving strangely recently; it is 8 Yrs. old and has never given me any problems until recently. I will be flying along and suddenly the CDU screen will flicker/flash and go blank (dark/black screen) or switch on its own from VGA input to AV input software config., other times the screen size will change and upset the CDU framing presentation.All connections are solid and secure, I even replaced the VGA cable that connects to the computer. Their is a built-in monitor configuration menu that allows you to set brightness, contrast, resolution, frame size, etc.; somehow I feel this is where my problem lies.I would appreciate help from anyone with experienced on this hardware or any computer/electronics technician's recommendations to help solve this.If more information is required I can attempt to get it.
