Question about Fuel caculate with MCDU!

There have a question about Fuel Caculate with PM's MCDU.
I have noticed this for some months.
I always seen, the EFOB with ----, and in FUEL/PRED page, EFOB with 0.0.

When I still taxing, or just take off, the EFOB caculate result should be OK, but after some times for cruising, the EFOB result changed to 0.0.
For example:
I have a flight from HECA to FAJS, 3400NM, I have 61500KG on board.
When I just takeoff, EFOB show 10.6, that OK, good result.
But when I cruising for some times, EFOB result display ----, at this point, I'm 509nm far to FAJS, and still have 19710KG on board, how could the EFOB will be 0?
I'm using an A330 with FuelFlow for 6000KG per hour.

I have noticed this with A320 too.

I have this problem too, it usually happens after selecting the arrival procedure. The best thing you can do is drop support an email and let them know about this problem. I'm sure Enrico will correct the problem when he has the time.

Yeah, I have an email to them for the problem, no response yet.
