T/O Warning Horn (PMSounds related)
As far as I read from Bulfer's 737 Cockpit Companion, it should be armed - and the horn should sound - simply when a/c on ground and either throttle moved forward, regardless if A/T has been switched on or not (in fact, during the pre-flight tests, A/T is not expected to be switched on ...).
For the time being, I can hear it played by PMSounds only if A/T is on.
Focusing on the T/O Warning TEST
Sorry, folks, I realize now that I had better underlined that the "misplaced" behavior is referred to the T/O Warning Test.
That is when - during the pre-flight checks - throttles are deliberately moved forward, with P/B on, engines off and A/T off, just to check that the T/O Warning Horn is audible and functional for the takeoff that will follow.
That specific alert condition seems to be missing at the moment, in fact PM Sounds does not play the ntowarn.wav file ...
On the contrary, upon takeoff (and when A/T is armed) it does behave correctly and PMSounds does its job.
It's the test event that is failing now.
Maybe a specific new PM Sound event can be programmed, tied to the same "noise", that can be played when Throttle1 value passes a given value and P/B is on, no matter what state is A/T.
Any suggestion welcome from/for the DIY simmers !
