1. Click START
2. Click Run
3. Type cmd and hit return
4. In the dos command prompt type
tracert www.flightdecksolutions.com
5. Hit return.
If you get any hops with starts like *****
Then a hop is down somewhere. Wait till whoever deals with that hop to fix it, then try again heh.
