Using Multiple joysticks on networked Computers
Greetings Captrains, I tried the search function on these forums but did not find the answers I was looking for. I am sure the answer is realtivley simple but still escapes me. I am trying to use a Ch Products Flight Yoke, on a networked computer. My FS9 Server has run out of USB Ports and I am at camp for a month and cannot order a USB Hub. I thougt I had read that this was possible. I am using FS9, and registered versions of FSUIPC (updated) and WideFS. The computer I want to use for the "remote" joystick is working properly, WideFS connects and I can run my usual FreeFD PFD from it no problem. I have calibrated the CH Products yoke, on this computer so I know that Windows 2000 is recognizing it. But when I open FSUIPC to assign the new axis, the new yoke is not "recognized' i.e. no axis shown to assign. What am I missing?
