:p Ok Westozy. Many thanks again.
I will use a 2X6inch piece of wood for the floor support with a 1/2 inch plywood for floor.:D
;) The triple head thingy sound good to me. When I get that far I'm shore I'll have many questions on that:shock:
Thank Mike

:D Ok . I'm going to start this weekend. I think you guys are right. All I been thinking about is building my pit and surfing for ideas:shock: I'm gone bonkers...muuuuhhaaaaaahhh:-}}.

Anybody do anything with wireless mousse or keyboard? Is there any posibilities there?

I Use the wireless Mouse and Keyboard for Config'n the PC's and it allows me to fly even if the interfaces aren't running properly :)

I use a wireless mouse and keyboard to run the FS machine. But I try not to use it when flying. The only other thing I need a keyboard for is my ATC software and I am trying to figure out a way around this. For the most part you use voice on the ATC but you need the keyboard and mouse to setup and connect.. Will keep working on this. The ultimate is no mouse and keyboard when flying.

Bob,
Are you using VOX-atc?
-
VATSIM live online ATC....

Ahhh..I see, so you were referring to SquawkBox... I can't wait until voice becomes the standard on VATSIM and we no longer need keyboards!
-
That's what is keeping me away :)
I want to feel those big ear covers on my head and the boom mic in front of my mouth, just like on the ramp/platform. Talking about immersion!

Well out of 2 flights, all was with voice. There are times you may have to type but most controllers use voice now. So if you have voice they are good.

I fly a couple of times a week on VATSIM and I can say that in the last year, I've not had to use the keyboard more than twice. Voice is the standard on VATSIM these days.
