Constant TCAS Alerts with PMRJ

Does anyone know why I get constant TCAS alerts every three seconds?

I'm grateful that there is now TCAS with the RJ, but hearing "TCAS Alert"
then two seconds later, "Conflict Cleared" is . . . This repeats every three
seconds.

I'm using pmRJ build 73b and pmSounds 55j. In the RJ.ini I have TCAS set at
15 miles and 1500 feet. I receive the alerts on the ground or in the air.
I have this problem without pmRJ running on the networked computer.
pmSounds is on the FS9 server.
