Can not get PhidgetLED-64 Advanced to work with Fs2Phidget

Hi all.

I've got a PhidgetLED-64 Advanced controller which I'm trying to use to simply light a couple of annunciator LEDs in my cockpit build.

I can test the LEDs, allocate variables and see that FSUIPC is returning values correctly, but I can't for the life of me figure out how exactly to turn an individual LED on when a specific value is returned, for instance I want a starter warning light to come on when ENGINE_1_START_SWITCH = 4. At the moment the LEDs only light when TEST is pressed.

Please help, I'm tearing what's left of my hair out with this... It can't be that difficult??!!
