Resurrecting the cockpit - looking for kind help with manual...

Years ago had everything working in FSX and FS2Phidgets with an LED64. So anyway, armed with a new computer and a reasonably robust graphics card, I'm trying to resurrect the old cockpit hardware, and now using Prepar3d v2.2. Downloaded latest version of FS2PH and correct driver, registered fsuipc, everything connects and i can actually see the "FSX" values change, but i get no PHI output changes. LED lights fine from test button. So i'm scratching my head right now...

In the end - i'm trying to do this without the manual. Looked and looked and not finding it. And grey matter backup storage isn't what it used to be... I'm not clear on how to clear how to get variables set up, etc. Would someone be kind enough to point me to a copy of the manual?
