Use a spare +5V from your Sioc PC's power supply.

Good to know. Now, since I have a bunch of usb cables lying around, I was wondering if I could cut them and solder their 5v and GND leads to the wires you just brought up, then plug them into my SIOC PC's USB Port?

Here is what you want. Best to use a polarized plug. Otherwise very easy in the heat of the moment to plug
single pins on to incorrect terminals and your pcb will be toast.

P.S Not advisable to use USB port for 5v. Very limited current and if you should reach
the limit the funny things can start happening with your USB connected devices.

Strange picture...
Use a spare cable with a molex of your PC's powersupply and connect your two wires coming from your oc card to another molex connector of the opposite sex using just the red and black wires and then plug the two molex connectors together.
Oh, good thing I checked. Seems simple enough. I'll try it out.
