FSWeekend Dinner Attendees

Please participate in the survey, this will help prepare a dinner event with our fellow MyCockpit friends during the FSWeekend event.

The plan is to have the Dinner on Saturday evening 7 November. I'll need a count of the MyCockpit friends and family or whoever will attend.

No need to leave comments.

I'll be there Matt, love to see all these simmers from all over this globe, including the Dutch. ;)

I will be there Mat, but I have to ask the other participants of Flightdeckbuilder.nl to see who is coming along at the dinner table. I 'm quite sure about 3 guys, the rest ... we 'll see.

Hello again Matt,

the whole crew is joining for diner. That makes 8.
Maybe Bart of Flight Deck Sotware will join as well but that's pending. I won't do anything with the poll to avoid double inscription.

Since I'm confused if the 3 persons, I mentioned above, are included in the poll (probably done by Dirk Vincent ??) , I did not add this 3 (again ?? or not) to the poll.
So probably it needs to be done (or not ??).

Hope you calculations are still the right ones ??

Hi Hessel, I'll get an actual name list once we get an approximate number. I need the approximate number of people coming for the restaurant. Last year we only had room for 25 people and there were more that wanted to join in. Certainly want everyone to join in, even if it's just for a beer :) :) :)

I'm coming with Ian for the beer, and hopefully stopping for the food depending on transport arrangements. I am registered partially sighted / pending registered blind, and need to check arrangements first.

to be clear: We will be there with 8 persons, including Hessel, Henk and Pim.
I did not vote on the survey as there is no button for 8 and "more then 3" says nothing in our case :)

Will try to pop by for a beer or two.
We are a bunch of vikings sailing down to conquer new land, so maybe we will have a ball in Harderwijk instead, but we will see.

I'll be there on Saturday (that's the planning now) but cannot say (at this stage) if I'll be attending diner. Depends on various things. Sorry.

By the way, we'll be able to call this "MyCockpit's Second FSWeekend Annual" Dinner :) :) :)

Not quite sure if I will be able to attend the dinner, it also depends on a few things, but if things work out then I would really like to, and will probably be joined by my son.

I live in Almere which is 15 minutes from the Aviodrome. I'm looking forward (my 2nd) the FS Weekend.

Shall I keep it alive this time, Mat ? :p

Good news, we have reservations set at Flantaus Cafe Restaurant near the Lelystad Airport.

I'll soon ask for a names of people that will be attending. I'm not sure how I'll do that, I'll let you know. But, I thought I would let you know what's going on and keep this thread alive :)

I think the easiest way could be creating a temporary list here on the forum. If each one on the list confirms his presence on saturday at the MyCockpit-stand of the FsWeekend, you got the exact number of attendees.
That's one option.

Dirk thanks for that option. It would be hard for me to track and it may be possible some people don't want their names published.

First of all, last year went fantastic, thanks to Efe Cem Elci, he did an excellent job, wish he was going this year :) Talking with him after the show, last year, folks were disappointed they couldn't participate. We don't want that to happen this year.

I'd like to have at least a beer with you guys. My daughter is accompanying me to the event and we are staying in central Amsterdam, so I'm unsure how the day/evening will pan out. I've checked the trains and they run quite late.

Hopefully we'll be able to join you's (don't worry about booking us a table).
