Are you actually able to get SID/STAR/APPR???
You have a problem way before the ND display, at the compiling process, for an unknown reason... As long as you don't have 9 bin files, the ND will not show the VOR/NDB/etc.
It seems it stops compiling while working on the holding patterns, which is weird. It could happen if you somehow try to close the server, but from what you say this is not the case.
Did you try downloading again the navdata file?
You have a navrecord file in both navdata1 and 2 folders on your Server computer?

i put a very quick update for this problem, report with the logndb.txt if you still only have 5 files.
I also could not get waypoints for 1506 cycle. Try the 1510 cycle.
Hallo Jean-Luc,
I just installed 1510 and I get all the .bin files. EDIT: All is working now!!!!
Best regards,

Can we conclude the free dataset has some sort of problem?
Well it does work for me...
