My wife is being very supportive of the Maintenance I am preforming on the sim. New MIP, New Pedestal, and New Overhead. The kitchen, Living Room, Family Room and Basement are a disaster. But soon enough everything will be back to normal :)

Matt, Tracy doesn't do tools LMAO! She would have fun with the other stuff though. Although she would drive you nuts alphabetizing the entire garage on you :)

I've got to admit, that would be helpful. I always forget where I put those important items. Even though they are in a safe place :)
