Hi
@leonidas: I do not manage aircraf sounds such as those, it's up to you t ofind a correct sound set with all these sounds.
@Fabián/Beret: To get managed modes available when airborne, you need to make sure:
- MCDU is properly filled in (INIT A/B, FPLN, PERF TO pages).
- the 3 IRS are aligned
- you takeof in TOGA or in FLX mode (thrust levers in the correct detent)
- if you do a FLEX takeoff, make sure the flextemp is correctly entered in the PERF TO page.
@Stefan: weird, I'll look at it if I can find that error??
Best regards,
JL
What i have to set by a TOGA Takeoff?
SImply put the THR lever at the maximum position...
If your THR LVR are correctly setup in FMGS Config, the PFD should show "MAN TOGA" in the upper left corner.

Hi JL,
thanks for your help, it is really appreciated.
In the meantime I have done the following to re-test a bit more:
- deleted B29 folders on both server and client PC
- copied B28 folders and renamed them to B29
- made an installation of the B29 installation file into this B29 folder (both client + server)
- run the updater and installed updates (both client + server)
- started configurator on server to assign joystick buttons for arm/disarm ground spoilers
- started B29 on client + server
The problem persists, error message comes on server. I have done a bit more testing around this:
- It always happens approx 2 minutes after start of B29 on server (around 1:58 to 2:00)
- Next time it happens again after 2 minutes, even if I do not confirm the error message, so every 2 minutes I get a new error message window on the server screen
- It happens also when the B29 is not started on client
- It happens also when the Hardware Connect module is not started on server
If I can do anything more to "isolate" the error, please let me know.
Thanks
Stefan
Stefan,
You should have 2 files called FMGSserverLog.txt and FMGSthreadLog.txt.
Next time the error appears, simply close the FMGS server, and send me those two files (jeehell at jeehell.org).
