Hey Ben, thanks for the reply, I was actually asking about this connection. http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/atta...id=12509&stc=1
Difficult to find the sirio panel connectors (I haven't found any on sale) - if you have some female canon plug wires lying around you can try and plug one end in, and contact the outer metal part with the other.
Alternatively just plug it into the socket it is suppose to go to and connect to the pins using dupont connectors.
Ben,
thanks for the reply, I did test the bulbs and have some that are not working, just wondering if you used any specific kind of bulb to replace them? Thanks
Jose
Have a read here - https://soarbywire.wordpress.com/builder-notes/
Thanks Ben, I will place an order for replacement bulbs today!!!
Solenoid Lock now implemented using Arduino, Mobiflight, and a relay board:

I've written up a short tutorial on how to get the solenoid working with Arduino and a relay switch -

Thanks Ben!!! bulbs have been ordered and should get them sometime today, i only needed 3 since one of the glarewings was operational.
Hi again, sorry for asking again but I ordered the bulbs for my panel, but they are smaller than the ones already there. In the pic I show the difference between both. I ordered the T-1 7152 5V 115mA 11-10980 (#7152 Miniature Bead Grain of Wheat Bulb 5v); But do I need the #680 Minature Bead Grain? Thanks!!!
Or will those work?

If you read on my website (I've cut and pasted here):
T-1 7152 5V 115mA 11-10980 (#7152 Miniature Bead Grain of Wheat Bulb 5v)
Available at Aircraft Spruce or Memotronics
** Overhead ADIRS and Fire panel operate at half the wattage (0.3 W) and require different bulbs (#680 Minature Bead Grain)
You should *only* use bulb 680 for panels that require half the wattage.

Well done Ben, i/f the real gear is a real temptation. Keep the pics coming.
On another note can you tell me the color of the 7 segment displays in the FCU .
Thanks
Les
Hi Les,
There are different hues depending if you are using an older type FCU, or the the more recent FCU's installed in the Buses these days.
I can't speak for the new type FCU, but if you are planning to design around an older FCU the display has a reddish darker tone

Thanks Ben.

I've finally received the complete interiors of an A319 - I can now work from the base up with all OEM parts. Integration with Jeehell's FMGS should be seamless thanks to the hardware support by Christoph and Jean Luc.
Unfortunately most likely Its going to take a few more months (years) to get it in a running state.
